Terms and Conditions
Welcome to http://sydigitalprint.com.my/. This Web site is provided by SY Digital Print Sdn Bhd as a service to our customers. Please review the following rules that govern your use of the http://sydigitalprint.com.my/ site.
Please note that your use of the http://sydigitalprint.com.my/ site (the "Site") constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Although you may "bookmark" a particular portion of this Site and thereby bypass this Agreement, your use of this Site still binds you to these Terms and Conditions. SY reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this Site.
Terms and Conditions of Order
Certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by you.
Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
Design errors or color selection errors introduced in the artwork file creation process submitted by you.
Errors in user-selected options such as product type, size, finishing options, or quantity.
Incorrect dimensions, image orientation, or file submission in accordance with S&Y Printing specifications.
Color match guarantee without a hardcopy proof approval.
Delivery delays due to improperly prepared files.
Duplicate orders by the customer.
Incorrect file layout for folding, scoring, holes drilling, die cutting or other custom services.
If the artwork does not receive by our side/ the artwork does not meet our requirement or any other problem that we have to hold your order, processing day will be pause until we receive your working artwork, processing day will start calculating by the day we receive your artwork.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your print-ready artwork files, and you must proofread all files carefully before submitting them to S&Y Printing. Please use our file preparation guidelines and product templates to assist you in creating print-ready files.
You certify that you have the right to use the image(s) in your artwork files. DO NOT send any "one-of-kind" transparencies, prints or artwork. Although we take every precaution to safeguard your materials, we are NOT responsible for loss or damage of images or artwork.
We only accept JPG or JPEG file formats. If you insist using any other file formats, we will convert it to JPEG without prior notice, we are not responsible for any loss or damage of images or artwork that occurs in conversions from any other file formats to JPEG files formats.
Under these Terms and Conditions, you agree that you will NOT upload any artwork files consisting of the following material:
Any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law; and any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons who are shown in the material if applicable.
All of the finished goods may not be 100% in actual size some of it will be differences in 0.5 inches - 2 inches due to the different types of finishing and size of the material.
All prices and amounts shown on this Site are in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR), unless otherwise noted. If a User submits a request on the Site to purchase printing products or other services, the User agrees that all charges, taxes and shipping and processing fees will automatically be charged to the credit card or paid by User with an approved payment method. Such amounts will be posted on this Site.
Once a print job has been approved by you and "sent to press" on the Site, no changes are allowed to the artwork files, job characteristics, or printing turnaround time. After a print job has been sent to S&Y Printing’s prepress department, you are responsible for paying the entire amount of that print job along with applicable taxes, shipping, and processing fees, unless otherwise noted.
All orders received are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed. Your order will be ready once we have received full payment within 4-5 working days.
Cancellation of order
We regret to inform you that orders cannot be canceled once placed. Kindly ensure you have checked and validated all details and information before you proceed with payment.
Out of Stock Items
We strive to deliver your order within the delivery time stipulated. However please note that in the event of stock unavailability of items ordered. We may need to source from other stock locations. We will inform you within 2-3 business days and we seek your kind understanding in the delay.
In the event of that, we fail to deliver to you at the delivery address provided by you and we does not receive any feedback from you, we regret to inform you that your package will be returned to our HQ and you will need to come and pick up your order from our HQ (Kepong). If you need us to deliver again, delivery charges will be applied.
Proof of Delivery
Our delivery service may request for a signature from the intended recipient of the items purchased, in circumstances where our driver fails to deliver to the intended recipient, it may deliver the order to the reception of the recipient's address, and obtain a signature from the receptionist as a proof of delivery.
Price estimates are based on the S&Y Printing SdnBhd current costs of production and, unless otherwise agreed, are subject to amendment on or at any time after acceptance, where such amendment is required in order to meet any rise or fall in such costs.
Printing Turnaround Time
Printing turnaround time begins (working day) once your order has been placed and your print-ready files have been uploaded to your account, attached to your printing job, and approved for printing. If you ordered a rush job, printing turnaround time begins when we receive approval for your proof. Please note that if we are unable to print your files because they do not conform to our file requirements, your job will be hold and your printing turnaround time will be reset.
For printing jobs that do not have complete digital source files provided, printing turnaround begins when we have your print-ready file(s) for your print job, not from when the order is first submitted.
If your job or proof is approved before 6:00 p.m., printing turnaround time begins that business day. Please note that SY Digital Prints offices are closed on Sundays and major holidays (Saturday, Half day).
As a result, these days are not considered when calculating the printing turnaround time. In addition, printing turnaround time does not include shipping transit time, and you should allow additional business days for delivery.
Pick-up orders will be held for 30 days at our facility. After 30 days, we will recycle your order.
Termination of Usage
User access to all or part of this Site may be terminated or suspended at any time, without notice and for any reason.
